Welcome to Sheer Bliss soaps

Here you will find all natural bar soaps handmade from scratch to tend your skin with care. I use traditional old-style methods and only the finest vegetable and nut oils. I source certified organic where possible and most bars are also suitable for vegans. The only animal derivatives I may use are beeswax, honey, or goats milk. They will be clearly labelled if present, as will any nut products. I choose these very carefully from those proven to be the least allergenic. My soaps are coloured with pure Australian clays, or other naturally occurring minerals (approved for cosmetic use by Australian Standards). I use essential oils to fragrance wherever possible, and blend them myself, but if an essential doesn’t exist for a particular scent (eg strawberry), I will only use the finest quality fragrance I can find.

Due to the handmade process by which our products are made, soaps vary in weight between 100 and 110 grams.  Compared to commercial chemical-filled so called 'soaps' that weigh around 70g, ours are excellent value, and nourish your skin the way nature intended.

My novelty soaps are those made just for fun, and naturally they still contain only the best quality ingredients. Cleaning your skin is a ‘piece of cake’ with our double layer chocolate gateau or lemon meringue pie, and what could be more fun than to transport yourself with something fantastical like Moon Song. Soap Categories.

Sensitive:    Super gentle soaps incorporating ingredients like goats milk and calendula. This category also includes castile soaps (85% olive)

Basics:       All natural, all vegetable soaps containing added fragrance and colour. Some have added herbals, botanicals, and waxes.

Luscious:    Luxury soaps incorporating ingredients such as Macadamia nut oil, Sweet Almond, Grapeseed, and rich emollient cocoa butter.

Specialist:   Cream and liquid soaps, plus purpose-made bars for fishermen, gardeners, campers, and to remove odours in the kitchen.
